By using Buildloop AI, you agree to these terms:

1. Use of Platform:

• You may browse, purchase, or submit digital products
• You agree to only submit original or properly licensed content

2. Vendor Submissions:

• Creators retain ownership of submitted products
• You grant Buildloop.ai a license to market and sell the submitted product
• Revenue share is defined at submission (e.g., 80/20, 70/30)

3. Payout Policy:

• Vendor earnings are processed monthly via UPI or Stripe
• All payouts will occur post 14-day holding period

4. Refund Policy:

• Digital products are non-refundable unless defective
• Buyers must contact us within 3 days for issues

5. Account Termination:

• We reserve the right to remove products or block access in case of abuse or fraud
